Sorry you've had trouble with buying from Ikea online. I imagine shipping furniture can get really expensive and the store has no choice but to pass that cost on to the consumer. For those who live far from the retail stores, I suppose it's better than not having access to Ikea at all.

Ikea online shopping is difficult. Shipping charges are outrageous. They will not ship anything small, only large items.

Sorry you're having trouble with Ikea. You'll have to visit the Ikea website (or the Russian portal for Ikea since I notice that your email address is on a Russian server) for information on an order. Look for a link that says "account information", "contact us" or something similar.
