If you would like to make your own layouts from scratch Suzy, Gaia online uses CSS (cascading style sheets) so you will need to familiarize yourself with this type of code. Some experience with creating graphics would also be helpful for making new backgrounds and other profile images.

Of course, if you just want to make a few changes to your layout to truly make it your own, you can select different options from the Edit My Profile Layout tab.

The Gaia Online forums have helpful tutorials for old profiles and new profiles. If you just want to make a few small changes to your profile, such as adding your own background image, you can follow the instructions in the "How to Change Gaia Online Layouts" section of this article.

gaia central isnt letting people who use internet explorer use the layout maker, you have to download firefox
