Every time you use your bank card or checking account, Bank of America will round the purchase to the nearest dollar, take that difference and put it into your savings account. For the first three months, they will match it dollar for dollar. For the next nine months Bank of America will match nine percent of your savings.

I'm sorry to hear that Andrew. If you visit your bank's website, there should be a link you can follow if you forgot your password or login ID. It's usually located near the login interface. If all else fails, call customer service and see if someone can reset your online account.
